Today, Friday, January 9, we’re back.

The doors are open, the pit is running, and the fire is doing what it does best. After a short winter break, we’re stepping into the new year the same way we always do. Slowly. With intention. Ready to cook.

A Fresh Start, Same Fire

A new year doesn’t mean reinventing everything. It means coming back grounded. Rested. Clear-headed.

The break gave our team time to reset, spend time with family, and come back ready for the long days ahead. Barbecue asks a lot from the people who make it. Taking care of each other is part of doing this right.

Now we’re back at the pit, focused on what matters. Wood. Smoke. Time. No shortcuts.

Winter Cooking Feels Different

There’s something about cooking barbecue in the winter. The air is sharper. The fire feels louder. The food leans warmer and more comforting.

Here’s to the Year Ahead

We’re grateful for everyone who supports us, shows up, waits in line, and keeps coming back. This year, we’re showing up the same way. Focused on craft. Focused on care. Focused on feeding people well.

We’re open today.

Normal hours.

Fire’s on.

Come by and start the year with us.
