Introducing Lays Nacimiento as General Manager at 2fifty

At 2fifty, growth means staying true to who we are while welcoming new hands that move us forward. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our new General Manager, Lays Nacimiento.

Lays brings deep experience in hospitality leadership and a people-first approach that aligns with our values of care, precision, and culture. Originally from Brazil and now rooted in D.C., Lays has worked across kitchens and front-of-house teams, always leading with presence and integrity. She’s the kind of leader who knows how to run a tight shift, but more importantly, how to build a strong team.

If you’ve eaten with us in the past few weeks, you’ve likely seen her checking in on tables, supporting our staff, or jumping in wherever needed. That’s not by accident. Lays leads by doing. Her focus on consistency, calm under pressure, and genuine hospitality is already making 2fifty stronger.

We believe barbecue is built on process, and leadership is no different. With Lays as General Manager, we’re entering a new chapter of growth that honors where we started and sets the tone for where we’re headed.
