Winter doesn’t slow the cooking. It sharpens it. Colder days, steady fire, and the same care we bring to the pit year-round.
It’s a good moment to slow down with intention. At 2Fifty, that pause matters. It matters for the people who make it all possible.
Our Winter Break Schedule
Here’s how our hours look around the holidays:
- December 31: 11am–4pm. We will be accepting walk-ins.
- January 1: 11am–5pm.
- Closed January 2–8
We’ll be back open January 9, returning to normal hours.
Why We Close
Every year, we close for a full winter break so our team can take their paid annual vacation and spend meaningful time with their families.
Barbecue is demanding work. Long days. Early mornings. Fire, heat, and repetition. This break is our way of honoring the people behind the pit, the counter, and the kitchen. Rest is part of the craft too.
When our team comes back rested, connected, and taken care of, it shows in everything we do.
